Issue Trade License

This service enables individuals and businesses to obtain a commercial license, allowing entrepreneurs to conduct one or more commercial activities in the emirate.

Required Documents

    Individuals

  • Security clearances (for residents)

  • Trade name reservation certificate

  • License application

  • A copy of the valid passport and ID card (for the owner or partners in the event of a partnership)

  • A copy of the passport and a valid ID (for all partners)

  • 2 Submit the application and attach the required documents
  • 3 Pay the fees
  • 4 Receive the commercial license

  • Economic License Issuance Fees - AED 600

  • Administrative Services Application Form Fees - AED 50

  • Commercial Name Signboard Permit Fees - AED 350

  • Commercial Register Registration Fees - AED 200

  • Unified Economic Activities Register Registration Fees - AED 200

  • Advertising Signboard Specification Form Approval Fees - AED 100

  • Fees for documenting a fixed-price contract shall be determined according to the capital mentioned in the contract, and if the contract is translated into English, AED 50 per page shall be paid. - AED 50000-50

  • Corporate and Institutional Community Contribution Fees for the National Fund for Social Responsibility - AED 1500

  • Fees for Publishing the Official Instrument of a Limited Liability Company with the Ministry of Economy - AED 3000

  • Issuance of the commercial register certificate - AED 200

  • Chamber of Commerce membership fee - AED 5000-500
