Then a letter (initial approval for the building / conversion of an existing building) is issued for the hotel, A visit is made by the classification section periodically and its fees are collected., When the completion rate of the building is 90%, a final classification is made to determine the category and then the initial approval is issued, approved by the required government agencies.
