This service enables individual tourist guides and businesses employing tourist guides to apply for the renewal of a Tourist Guide Card, valid for two years, subject to fulfilling the required training and qualification requirements and successfully passing the approved assessment

Process

  • 1 Sign in using UAE Pass through the available channels
  • 2 Submit the application and attach the required documents
  • 3 Receive an application approval notification
  • 4 Receive a notification to pay the fees
  • 5 Pay the fees
  • 6 Attend the training program and successfully complete the approved assessment
  • 7 Receive the renewed Tourist Guide Card.
