Process

  • 1 Fill out the conciliation request
  • 2 Payment of the required fees
  • 3 Handing over the case documents
  • 4 Attending conciliation sessions
  • 5 Receipt of final settlement agreement in the event of a settlement or no
  • 6 Receiving the declaration of termination of the procedures issued by the conciliator

Service fees

  • Conciliation fees of AED 500 are non-refundable

  • Administrative fees at 3% of the disputed amount

  • The fees of the conciliators are determined for each application by the Center Committee depending on the type of dispute and the degree of complexity
