Required Documents

Process

  • 1 Log in using UAE PASS through the available channels
  • 2 Submit the application and attach the required documents
  • 3 Request review and drawing approval
  • 4 Execute the request, schedule the session date, and notify the parties with the link to attend the session remotely
  • 5 Attendance of the remote session by the Parties and the Chamber's designated officer/representative on the appointed date, resulting in one of the following two outcomes: A settlement is reached; or No settlement/resolution is reached
  • 6 Receive the mediation settlement record in case of agreement, or a statement confirming that no resolution was reached

Service fees

  • Brokerage service fees for a claim filed by a member against another member, with no specified value. - AED 200

  • Mediation request submitted by non-members against a member for an amount up to AED 50,000. - AED 400

  • Request for dispute resolution for amounts exceeding AED 50,000 up to AED 100,000 (for members and non-members). - AED 500

  • Request for dispute resolution for claims exceeding AED 100,000 (for members and non-members) - AED 1000
