Register the Amendment or Cancellation of the Gift

This service enables individuals and businesses to amend the details of a previously registered gift or cancel it based on the donor’s request and pursuant to a court judgment issued by a competent authority, ensuring accurate updates to real estate ownership records in accordance with the applicable procedures.

Required Documents

    Individuals

  • Passport

  • Clearance certificate/ NOC from the developer (for real estate units(

  • Original Title Deed / Ownership Certificate / Initial Registration Certificate, in case the documents are not updated with the Emirates ID

  • A court order amending or revoking the gift.

Process

  • 1 Log in using UAE PASS through the available channels
  • 2 Submit the application and attach the required documents
  • 3 Pay the fees
  • 4 Receive the title deed, ownership certificate, or initial registration certificate through the UAE Pass app or the Department’s document wallet
