Registration Of Charity / Descendant Endowment

This service enables individuals and the business sector to register a property or real estate unit endowment for charitable purposes or for the benefit of descendants, based on a letter or ruling issued by the competent Sharia court, thus ensuring the documentation of the endowment and the systematic management of its status.

Required Documents

    Individuals

  • Clearance certificate/ NOC from the developer (for real estate units(

  • Original Title Deed / Ownership Certificate / Initial Registration Certificate, in case the documents are not updated with the Emirates ID

  • Charitable Endowment Declaration Letter issued by the Court

Process

  • 1 Log in using UAE PASS through the available channels
  • 2 Submit the application and attach the required documents
  • 3 Pay the fees
  • 4 Receive the title deed, ownership certificate, or initial registration certificate through the UAE Pass app or the Department’s document wallet
