Registration Of The Cancellation Of The Descendant Endowment (Complementary)

It is the process of registering the cancelation of the family endowment pursuant to the request of the owner effecting the endowment by virtue of a letter issued from the Legal Court.

Process

  • 1 Submitting the application request and required documents through the E-services portal
  • 2 Reviewing and approving the application by the Customer Happiness Center
  • 3 Fees Payment
  • 4 download the e-title deed/initial registration certificate/Registration certificate from UAE Pass wallet.

Service fees

  • AED 250 as fees for the cancellation of the family endowment.

  • AED 350 fees for issuing of the title deed, ownership certificate, or initial registration certificate.
