This service enables individuals and the business sector to register the termination of a long-term lease contract, ensuring the documentation of the termination of the contractual relationship and updating the property status in a systematic manner according to the approved procedures and controls.

Required Documents

    Business

  • Title Deed, Ownership Certificate, or Initial Registration Certificate if the Emirates ID number has not been updated.

Process

  • 1 Log in using UAE PASS through the available channels
  • 2 Submit the application and attach the required documents
  • 3 Pay the fees
  • 4 Register the termination of the long-term lease
  • 5 Receive the title deed, ownership certificate, or initial registration certificate through the UAE Pass app or the Department’s document wallet
