Registration of Termination of a Lease-to-Own Agreement

This service enables individuals and the business sector to register the termination of the contract, ensuring that the ownership status is updated and the termination of the contractual relationship between the parties is documented in accordance with the approved procedures and controls.

Required Documents

    Individuals

  • Original title deed / ownership certificate / preliminary registration certificate (if the documents are not updated with the Emirates ID)

  • A letter from the bank confirming the end of the lease and the transfer of ownership to the new owner

Process

  • 1 Log in using UAE PASS through the available channels
  • 2 Submit the application and attach the required documents
  • 3 Pay the fees
  • 4 Register the lease-to-own agreement
  • 5 Receive the title deed or ownership certificate through the digital identity application or the department's document wallet
