Process

  • 1 Submitting the application request and required documents through the E-services portal
  • 2 Reviewing and approving the application by the Customer Happiness Center
  • 3 Fees Payment
  • 4 Download the e-title deed/initial registration certificate/Registration certificate from UAE Pass wallet. Receive utilization certificate.

Service fees

  • AED 500 Fee for registering an amendment or termination of usufruct right/ Musataha for a property or unit.

  • AED 350 Fee for issuing the title deed / ownership certificate / initial registration certificate.
