Registration of a Property by Partition Among Owners

This service enables individuals and the business sector to register the division of a property jointly owned by the owners, ensuring that each owner’s share is identified and documented systematically, in accordance with approved plans or decisions, thereby enhancing the accuracy of real estate records and protecting the rights of the parties involved.

Required Documents

    Business

  • The original title deed, if it has not been updated and linked to the Digital ID.

Process

  • 1 Log in using UAE PASS through the available channels
  • 2 Submit the application and attach the required documents
  • 3 Pay the fees
  • 4 Upload the title deed, ownership certificate, or preliminary registration certificate through the Digital Identity application or the department's document wallet

Service fees

  • Fee for registering a property divided among owners resulting from a site plan subdivision issued by the Municipality. - AED 200

  • Fee for issuing the title deed / ownership certificate / initial registration certificate. - AED 350
