It is the process of update or modification of the information pertaining to the property or the real estate unit based on the ownership memorandum issued by Ajman Municipality & Planning Department or by a request from the owner of the property or the real estate unit.

    Individuals

  • The original title deed, ownership certificate, or initial registration certificate is required if the documents are not updated with the Emirates ID

  • No objection letter from the developer

  • Passport for Non-Residents

  • Certified affidavit of name change

  • Business

  • The original title deed, ownership certificate, or initial registration certificate is required if the documents are not updated with the Emirates ID

  • No objection letter from the developer

  • Establishment contract and commercial license for institutions and companies.

  • Government Entities

  • No objection letter from the developer

  • Legal document changing the name of the entity

  • The original title deed, ownership certificate, or initial registration certificate is required if the documents are not updated with the Emirates ID

Process

  • 1 Submitting the application request and required documents through the E-services portal
  • 2 Reviewing and approving the application by the Customer Happiness Center
  • 3 Fees Payment
  • 4 Download the e-title deed/initial registration certificate/Registration certificate from UAE Pass wallet.
