Update Title Deed / Ownership Certificate Information

This service enables individuals, businesses, and government agencies to register, update, or amend the data of the title deed or ownership certificate for the property or real estate unit, including correcting ownership data or the owner’s personal data based on an official document or the owner’s request.

Required Documents

    Individuals

  • Legal document changing the name of the entity

    • Government Entities

  • The Memorandum of Association and the trade license for establishments and companies

  • A certified statement confirming the change of name or nationality

  • No Objection Letter from the developer

  • The original ownership certificate for the real estate unit or the original title deed

Process

  • 1 Log in using UAE PASS through the available channels
  • 2 Submit the application and attach the required documents
  • 3 Receive a payment notification via SMS or email
  • 4 Pay the fees
  • 5 Receive the title deed, ownership certificate, or preliminary registration certificate through the Digital Identity application or the department’s document wallet
