Authentication of the process of compensating the land owners and real estate units affected by new compensated lands or new real estate units.

Required Documents

    Individuals

  • The original title of the compensated property or the compensated property certificate

  • No objection certificate from the developer of the real estate unit.

  • Compensation letter issued by the Municipality and Planning Department

    • Business

  • The original title of the compensated property or the compensated property certificate

  • Establishment contract and commercial license for institutions and companies

  • Compensation letter issued by the Municipality and Planning Department

  • No objection certificate from the developer of the real estate unit.

Process

  • 1 Submitting the application request and required documents through the E-services portal
  • 2 Reviewing and approving the application by the Customer Happiness Center
  • 3 Fees Payment
  • 4 "The title deed, ownership certificate, or initial registration certificate can be downloaded via the UAE PASS application."

  • AED 50 Fee for registering a property unit granted as compensation
