Registration of a Real Estate or a Real Estate Unit by way of Compensation

This service enables individuals and the business sector to register the process of compensating landowners and real estate units affected by new compensatory land or new real estate units, in order to ensure that the compensation is documented in a systematic manner.

Required Documents

    Individuals

  • No objection certificate from the developer of the real estate unit.

  • Compensation letter issued by the Municipality and Planning Department

  • Original title deed / ownership certificate / preliminary registration certificate (if the documents are not updated with the Emirates ID)

    • Business

  • The founding contract of the company

Process

  • 1 Log in using UAE PASS through the available channels
  • 2 Submit the application and attach the required documents
  • 3 Pay the fees
  • 4 Receive the title deed, ownership certificate, or preliminary registration certificate via the digital identity application or through the department's document wallet

  • Fee for registering a property unit granted as compensation - AED 50

  • Fees for Issuing a Title Deed / Ownership Certificate / Initial Registration Certificate - AED 350
