Mortgage Registration

This service enables individuals and businesses to apply for the registration of a mortgage on a property or real estate unit in favor of the financing entity, in order to secure the rights associated with the property.

Required Documents

    Business

  • A letter from the mortgage authority

  • Original Title Deed, if it has not been updated with the Emirates ID number.

Process

  • 1 Log in using UAE PASS through the available channels
  • 2 Submit the application and attach the required documents
  • 3 Pay the fees
  • 4 Receiving a notification confirming fee payment and scheduling an appointment to complete the signing procedures
  • 5 Visit the service center to complete the signing procedures
  • 6 Receive the title deed, ownership certificate, or initial registration certificate through the UAE Pass app or the Department’s document wallet.
