Process

  • 1 Submitting the application request and required documents through the E-services portal
  • 2 Reviewing and approving the application by the Customer Happiness Center
  • 3 Personal presence of the concerned parties on Ajmanre headquarters to sign the contract
  • 4 Fees Payment
  • 5 Download the e-title deed/initial registration certificate/Registration certificate from UAE Pass wallet.

Service fees

  • AED 1,000 modification or transfer of the mortgage of the financing entities during the first quarter of the mortgage period or the mortgage will be considered new.

  • AED350.00 issuing of ownership certificate of a real estate unit or title deed
