Process

  • 1 Submitting the application request and required documents through the E-services portal
  • 2 Reviewing and approving the application by the Customer Happiness Center
  • 3 Personal presence of the concerned parties on Ajmanre headquarters to sign the contract
  • 4 Payment of fees
  • 5 Download the e-title deed/initial registration certificate/Registration certificate from UAE Pass wallet.

Service fees

  • AED1,000.00 amendment of mortgage without prejudice to the mortgage.

  • AED350.00 issuing of title deed or ownership certificate.
