This service allows banks to offer mortgage release services for real estate and property units.

Process

  • 1 The customer receives a notification to release the mortgage on the property
  • 2 Payment of fees
  • 3 Uploading the title deed, ownership certificate, or preliminary registration certificate through the digital identity application - or through the department's document wallet

Service fees

  • Mortgage Release Registration Fee - AED 500

  • Fees for Issuing a Title Deed / Ownership Certificate / Initial Registration Certificate - AED 350
