This service enables individuals, businesses, and government agencies to request a property valuation to determine its current market value for personal purposes or to submit it to relevant authorities.

Required Documents

    Business

  • A letter requesting evaluation from the government entity

  • Valuation request letter including the property details, a statement of annual income, and proof of identity of the parties or their legally authorized representatives

Process

  • 1 Sign in using UAE Pass through the available channels
  • 2 Submit the application and attach the required documents
  • 3 Receive a notification to pay the fees via SMS or email
  • 4 Pay the fees
  • 5 Receive the real estate valuation certificate through the electronic transaction outputs

Service fees

  • Real estate unit valuation fee - AED 1000

  • Property or real estate unit valuation request fee - AED 200

  • Vacant land valuation fee for all uses - AED 1000

  • Residential, investment, or agricultural property valuation fee - AED 1500

  • Commercial or industrial property valuation fee - AED 3000

  • Property valuation fee for heirs pursuant to an order from the Sharia Court - AED 300

  • Multiplying the added value is calculated on the evaluation service

  • Real estate valuation report accreditation fee for real estate offices: charged per report - AED 500
