Request to Resolve a Real Estate Dispute

This service enables individuals and the business sector to register a request to resolve a real estate dispute between related parties, such as an investor and a real estate developer, an investor and a real estate office, or between real estate offices.

Required Documents

    Business

  • Establishment contract and commercial license for institutions and companies

  •  A copy of the sale and purchase contract

  • A copy of payment receipts (if any)

  • A legal power of attorney certified for the person acting on behalf of the owner (original)

  • A copy of any other documents/correspondence supporting the complaint

Process

  • 1 Sign in using UAE Pass through the available channels
  • 2 Submit the application and attach the required documents
  • 3 Receive a notification to pay the fees via SMS or email
  • 4 Pay the fees
  • 5 Receive a notification of settlement meeting date
  • 6 Attending real estate settlement sessions (in-person or remotely)
  • 7 Receive a settlement decision or a statement if a settlement cannot be reached

Service fees

  • Registration of a complaint from or against a real estate office fee - AED 500-100

  • Registration of a complaint between a real estate developer and a property unit buyer, with review and opinion issuance fee - AED 300
