This service enables the business sector to issue an engineering report for projects or real estate units, including calculations of completion rates, areas, or related technical data, according to the department's jurisdiction.

Required Documents

    Business

  • A letter from the real estate developer.

  • A letter from the owner of the real estate unit.

  • A copy of the ownership certificate or the tentative registration certificate

  • Proof of identity (Emirates ID / passport)

Process

  • 1 Log in using UAE PASS through the available channels
  • 2 Submit the application and attach the required documents
  • 3 Receive a payment notification via SMS or email
  • 4 Pay the fees
  • 5 Attend the on-site inspection
  • 6 Receive the engineering report
