Body Burial Permit

This service enables the relatives of the deceased to request a no-objection permit to transport, receive, bury, or repatriate the body, in accordance with the approved procedures.

Required Documents

    Individuals

  • Copy of death certificate

  • A letter from the Public Prosecution or a police station, or a letter from another emirate authorizing the burial.

  • A copy of the deceased’s Emirates ID or passport

Process

  • 1 Log in using UAE PASS through the available channels.
  • 2 Submit the application and attach the required documents.
  • 3 Receive the Burial Permit (No Objection Certificate).
