This service enables businesses to obtain a permit for the extraction of groundwater generated from excavation activities and its discharge into the Department's stormwater drainage network.

Required Documents

    Business

  • NOC ,No Objection Certificate

  • The commercial license of the executing company (groundwater drainage company) issued by the Emirate of Ajman

  • site plan

  • groundwater withdrawal letter from customer

  • A copy of the follow-up card for the installation of a groundwater drainage pipe

  • In the event of a request to use a vehicle to extract groundwater, a valid copy of the tanker’s ownership from both sides, issued by the Emirate of Ajman, shall be added.

  • In the event of requesting a permit for an earth berm to collect water, a copy of the approval of the Planning and Survey Department for the plot of land on which the berm will be implemented in addition to the approval of the Investment Administration
