Building Permit Renewal Request

This service enables businesses to renew previously issued building permits in cases where work has stopped, has not commenced, or has been delayed. The permit may be renewed for the first time after two years from the date of issuance, and annually starting from the second renewal

  • For building permits issued before 2017: Building Permit Renewal Form, copy of the structural inspection report, consultant’s and contractor’s licenses, building layout plan, structural drawings and documents, concrete test reports, building permit, and architectural drawings.

  • 2 Schedule the site inspection
  • 3 Submit the application and attach the required documents
  • 4 Conduct the site inspection
  • 5 Pay the fees
  • 6 Receive the renewed building permit
