Governmental Land Or Residence Grant Request

This service enables citizens of the Emirate of Ajman to apply for a residential land grant or government housing and receive the land grant or government housing allocation plan, subject to the applicable terms and eligibility criteria

Required Documents

    Individuals

  • Personal photo of the beneficiary

  • Emirates ID

  • Family book

  • Proof of residence

  • Salary certificate

  • Passport

  • Passports of both spouses

  • Inheritance certificate.

  • tatement of owned properties from the same Emirate where the applicant works (if the workplace is outside Ajman Emirate).

  • Certificate from the Sheikh Zayed Housing Programme.

Process

  • 1 Log in to the website using UAE PASS
  • 2 Submit the application and attach the required documents
  • 3 Receive a text message via email or phone stating that the request has been approved
  • 4 Pay the due road paving fees (if any) with the service fees for issuing a site plan
  • 5 Receive the Site plan

Service fees

  • Road paving fees: Applicable, if any, based on the area. Upon submitting a certificate issued by the Ministry of Energy and Infrastructure, the customer will receive a 50% discount on the road paving fees.
