Land Partitioning Request

This service enables individuals and businesses to apply for the subdivision or partition of land and obtain a new land map reflecting the approved subdivision or partition

Required Documents

    Individuals

  • Official authorization or power of attorney if the applicant is not the owner of the land.

  • Determination of inheritance certificate from court if the applicant is one of the heirs.

    • Government Entities

  • An official letter from the government entity addressed to the Municipality and Planning Department - Planning and Survey Department

Process

  • 1 Sign in using UAE PASS through the available channels
  • 2 Submit the application and attach the required documents
  • 3 Pay the fees
  • 4 Receive a site plan

  • Land Partitioning Fee: AED 1 per square meter.
