This service enables individuals and businesses to obtain a site plan for a land plot showing its dimensions, unique plot number, and designated land use.

Required Documents

    Government Entities

  • Official authorization or power of attorney if the applicant is not the owner of the land

  • Determination of inheritance certificate from court if the applicant is one of the heirs

  • An official letter from the government entity addressed to the Municipality and Planning Department - Planning & Survey Department

  • 2 Submit the application and attach the required documents
  • 3 Pay the fees
  • 4 Receive the site plan

  • Fees for issuing a site plan for all land uses except private residential and public services

  • Fees for issuing a private residential site plan

  • Fees for issuing a public services site plan.
