Request for No-Objection Certificate To Commence Work

This service enables businesses to request a No Objection Certificate (NOC) to commence works that require excavation within the road right-of-way, with the aim of regulating and coordinating infrastructure service works

Required Documents

    Government Entities

  • Letter from the entity issuing the request

  • Assignment order

  • Copy of the building permit

  • Copy of a valid contractor’s license issued from the Emirate of Ajman

  • Copy of the site plan and construction work plan

  • Business plans for which a no-objection certificate approved by the owner is required

Process

  • 1 Log in to the website using UAE PASS
  • 2 Submit the application and attach the required documents
  • 3 Receive the No Objection Certificate (NOC) to commence work.
  • 4 Receive an email notification to pay the fees for issuing the follow-up card.
  • 5 Pay the fees through the Ajman One mobile application, then send the payment receipt via email.
  • 6 Receive the follow-up card

  • Follow-up card fees: extension of services by one street or less

  • extending services to more than one street for lengths ranging from 5,000 meters to 10,000 meters

  • for providing services to more than one street, with lengths over 10,000 meters
