Issuing Clearance For No-Objection Certificates Request

This service enables businesses to apply for the issuance of a clearance certificate for companies that have obtained a No Objection Certificate (NOC) after completing the related works

Required Documents

    Government Entities

  • Letter from the owning entity stating that the contractor has completed work procedures.

  • Original follow-up card

  • the site plan approved by the Department

  • the No-Objection Certificate

  • A copy of the contractor’s valid commercial license issued by the Emirate of Ajman

Process

  • 1 Log in to the website using UAE PASS
  • 2 Submit the application and attach the required documents
  • 3 Receive a notification to pay the fees
  • 4 Pay the fees
  • 5 Receive the follow-up card and clearance certificate though e-mail address

Service fees

  • Follow-up card fees: extension of services by one street or less or extending services to one or more streets for lengths ranging from 5,000 meters to 10,000 meters

  • Follow-up card fees: for providing services to one or more streets, with lengths over 10,000 meters
