Request for Parking Lot Cancellation

This service enables the business sector to request a permit for removing a parking space in front of commercial buildings and shops for the purpose of creating vehicle entrances and exits.

Required Documents

    Business

  • No objection letter from the property owner (for the tenant)

  • Ownership of the property (for the owner of the building)

  • A picture for the parking (The rented parking lot must be within the boundaries of the property or building)

  • A copy of the passport or Emirates ID.

  • A copy of the valid commercial license.

    • Government Entities

  • An official letter from the government institution requesting the cancellation of a parking lot

Process

  • 1 Log in to the website using UAE PASS
  • 2 Submit the application and attach the required documents
  • 3 Receive a notification of approval or rejection
  • 4 Pay the fees
  • 5 Receive the parking space removal permit

  • Fees for parking space removal in paid parking zones (per year) - AED 5000

  • Fees for parking space removal in non-paid parking zones (per year) - AED 3000

  • Fees for parking space removal in paid parking zones (per half year ) - AED 1500

  • Fees for parking space removal in paid parking zones (per year) - AED 2500
