  • 2 Submit the application and attach the required documents
  • 3 Receive a notification of the scheduled site inspection
  • 4 Meet the Inspector to Complete the Inspection
  • 5 Pay the applicable fees
  • 6 Receive the site advisory inspection certificate and initial approval
