Authentication Request For New/Existing Staff Residential Contract

This service enables businesses to request the issuance or renewal of staff accommodation tenancy contract attestation for residential units and complexes in the emirate, with the aim of regulating the tenancy relationship and safeguarding the rights of both the landlord and the tenant in accordance with the applicable terms and laws.

Required Documents

    Government Entities

  • A copy of the Emirates ID of the tenant and the supervisor.

  • A copy of the power of attorney if an agent is available.

  • Attestation form approved by the Health Department.

  • No-objection certificate from Ajman Sewerage Company.

  • Employees’ data from the company.

  • A copy of the tenant’s trade license
