Required Documents

    Individuals

  • The lease contract to be canceled (3 copies)

  • A copy of the property title deed for the owner of the property

    • Government Entities

  • The lease contract to be canceled (3 copies)

  • A copy of the property title deed for the owner of the property

  • A copy of the Emiri decree establishing the department

Process

  • 1 Review the transaction
  • 2 Pay the fees
  • 3 Submit the request via the specified channel
  • 4 Approve the request and receive the authenticated contract within one (1) working day

Service fees

  • Residential contract: 2% of the annual rent value, and the minimum service fee is AED 400

  • Investment contract: 3% of the annual rent value, with a minimum of AED 1000

  • Commercial contract: (5%) of the annual rent, with a minimum of AED 500 + cleaning fees

  • Accommodation contract (workers - staff): 5% of the value of the annual rent, with a minimum of AED 1000
