Certificate of Completion Request

This service enables contracting companies to obtain a building completion certificate confirming that the building has been completed in accordance with the plans approved by the department, the applicable technical and engineering specifications, and all relevant requirements and conditions, following an inspection by engineering control inspectors

Required Documents

    Business

  • Form for the issuance of a certificate of completion certified by the sewage system

  • All building inspection reports

  • Roof insulation warranty from the contractor

  • Letter of compliance with preventive safety requirements for the building from Civil Defense (Note: Applicable to all buildings except residential/farm villas)

  • Clearance from the Department of Roads and Infrastructure (Note: all buildings except for residential villas/agriculture )

  • Makani number from the Department of Spatial Information Systems

  • Certificate of completion of communication

  • Certificate of compliance with the security specifications issued by the General Command of Ajman Police

  • Valid building permit

Process

  • 1 Log in to the available channels using UAE PASS
  • 2 Submit the application and attach the required documents.
  • 3 Receive a notification of the scheduled site visit.
  • 4 Meet the Inspector to Complete the Inspection
  • 5 Pay the applicable fees
  • 6 Receive the Building Completion Certificate
