Unified Registration

A service for registering customers (individuals, government or private institutions) in the department's databases so that customers can apply for any of the services provided by the Municipality And Planning Department through a unified account without the need to re-register when applying to other services

Process

  • 1 Accessing one of the service delivery channels
  • 2 Filling in the required data and attaching the required documents such as a copy of an Emirates ID card, passport and commercial license, if needed.
  • 3 Examination of the attached data and documents by service providers at the Customer Happiness Center.
  • 4 If the attached documents are unclear or inconsistent with the registered data, the transaction is rejected, and the customer is notified regarding the need to create another account.
  • 5 If the attached documents are in line with the requirements of the transaction, an electronic account is created for the customer and a text message will be sent to activate the unified registration account.
