Authentication of Lease Contract for Residential Purposes

This service enables individuals to attest residential tenancy contracts, helping regulate the rental relationship and safeguard the rights of both landlords and tenants in the Emirate, in accordance with the applicable terms, regulations, and laws governing family accommodation in residential units.

  • Ajman Sewerage Company No Objection Certificate (not required in the Manama and Masfout area) + (not required if the building is connected to Ajman Sewerage Company)

Service fees

  • Residential tenancy contract attestation fee: Free for UAE nationals, and 2% of the rental value of the property unit for expatriates, according to the rental calculator, with a minimum fee of AED 400 - AED 2
