Authentication of Lease Contract for Commercial Purposes

This service enables landlords and investors to attest a commercial lease agreement in accordance with the applicable terms and laws governing economic activities

    Business

  • Attestation form

  • A copy of the tenant’s Emirates ID

  • Ajman Sewerage Company No Objection Certificate (not required in the Manama and Masfout area) + (not required if the building is connected to Ajman Sewerage Company)

Process

  • 1 Log in to the website using UAE PASS
  • 2 Submit the application and attach the required documents
  • 3 Pay the fees
  • 4 Receive an attested commercial lease agreement
  • 5 Login using the digital ID and the request is approved by the tenant
  • 6 Pay the fees and receive the contract electronically

Service fees

  • 5% of the annual rent, with a minimum of 500 dirhams - AED 5

  • Approvals fees for health and environmental activities only and initial approvals - AED 1000-500

  • Ajman Sewerage fees for connected units only depending on the activity and the type of unit (The calculation method is determined by Ajman Sewerage Company) - AED 0-0

  • cleaning fees as per activity - AED 48000-600
