Holiday Home Unit Permit for Individuals

This service enables individuals to issue a holiday home unit permit for use in carrying out the activity, whether by the owner or an authorized tenant, in accordance with the approved requirements and standards.

Required Documents

    Individuals

  • No objection certificate issued by the unit owner (if the type of registration is authorized tenant)

  • No-Objection Certificate (NOC) issued by the developer or management company (in the case of a residential unit, villa, residential complex, or townhouse located within a real estate development area)

  • A document containing the electricity and water account number as appropriate.

  • Title deed of the real estate unit (owner)

  • Self-classification (optional)

  • Tenancy Contract (Leased)

Process

  • 1 Sign in using UAE Pass through the website
  • 2 Submit the application and attach the required documents
  • 3 Receive a notification to pay the registration and initial approval fees
  • 4 Pay the fees
  • 5 Receive the classification assessors to conduct an on-site classification assessment of the holiday home unit
  • 6 Review the request and documents attached
  • 7 Receive a permit fee payment notification
  • 8 Pay the permit fees
  • 9 Receive the holiday home unit permit for Individuals

  • fees for registration in the Register of Holiday Homes for the first year only - AED 50

  • fees for issuing an initial approval to practice the activity of holiday homes - AED 50

  • fees for issuing a one-year holiday home permit for each room - AED 300

  • Fees for issuing a permit for two-room vacation homes for a period of one year - AED 600

  • fees for issuing a permit for three-room vacation homes for a period of one year - AED 900

  • fees for issuing a permit for holiday homes with four or more rooms for a period of one year - AED 1200

  • fees for issuing a certificate and classification board for holiday homes (luxury/standard) - AED 100
