This service enables individuals to renew a holiday home unit permit to ensure the continuity of the activity, whether by the owner or an authorized tenant, in accordance with the approved requirements.

Required Documents

    Individuals

  • No-Objection Certificate (NOC) issued by the property owner (if the property is rented from the owner)

  • No-Objection Certificate (NOC) issued by the developer or management company (in the case of a residential unit, villa, residential complex, or townhouse located within a real estate development area)

  • A document duly containing the electricity and water account number.

  • Title deed for the property unit (owner)

  • Rental contract (tenant)

  • Self-classification (optional)

Process

  • 2 Pay the fees
  • 3 Receive a notification to pay the renewal fees and receive the initial approval
  • 4 Submit the application and attach the required documents
  • 5 Receive the classification assessors to conduct an on-site classification assessment of the holiday home unit
  • 6 Receive a notification of the approval or rejection
  • 7 Receive a permit fee payment notification
  • 8 Pay the permit fees
  • 9 Receive the renewed permit for an individual holiday home unit

  • Fees for renewal a permit for two-room vacation homes for a period of one year - AED 600

  • Fees for renewal a permit for three-room vacation homes for a period of one year - AED 900

  • Fees for renewal a permit for holiday homes with four or more rooms for a period of one year - AED 1200

  • Fees for issuance of a certificate and classification plaque for holiday homes (luxury/tourist) - AED 100

  • Fees for renewal of a holiday home license for one bedroom for one year: - AED 300
