  • 2 Attach the required documents
  • 3 The request is processed within one business day.
  • 4 Payment of fees and receipt of the lease agreement along with the warehouse permit issued electronically by the Department of Economic Development (DED).

Service fees

  • 5% of the annual rent with a minimum fees of AED 500 Approval Fees for Health and Environmental Activities only and preliminary approvals: AED 500 to AED 1000.
