Extension of the Real Estate Project Completion Period

This service enables real estate developers to request an extension of the project completion period in case of circumstances that lead to delays in implementation, thus ensuring the project's approval and the updating of its data within the official real estate records.

Required Documents

    Business

  • Appendix to the contract agreement between the developer and the contractor/consultant (in case there is a change in the contract)

  • Updated building license (in case of renewal)

  • An updated time program for the project and the financial flow of the project prepared by the contractor and approved by the consultant for the additional implementation period (Primavera electronic copy) and an original certified copy

Process

  • 1 Sign in using UAE Pass through the available channels
  • 2 Submit the application and attach the required documents
  • 3 Receive a notification to pay the fees via SMS or email
  • 4 Pay the fees
  • 5 Receive the real estate project registration certificate with the new validity period
