Issue a Tourism or Entertainment Event Permit

This service enables an businesses to apply for a permit to organize a tourism or entertainment event, such as a concert, musical or entertainment performance, exhibition, conference, festival, forum, scientific or press gathering, workshop, or artistic, theatrical, or live performance, for public entertainment or tourism purposes, provided that the event is not intended for commercial or economic purposes

Required Documents

    Business

  • A ticket booklet containing sequentially numbered tickets, if the tourism event includes ticket sales

  • An irrevocable bank guarantee, which may only be cancelled with the Department’s approval, for establishments or companies not licensed in the Emirate.

  • The economic license of the hotel or tourism establishment, event-organizing activity, or any entity licensed in the UAE to organize tourism events, provided that the license is valid in the UAE.

Process

  • 1 Sign in using UAE Pass through the website
  • 2 Submit the application and attach the required documents
  • 3 Receive a notification of the approval or rejection
  • 4 Receive the security approval notification from Ajman Police General Headquarters
  • 5 Receive a notification to pay the permit fees
  • 6 Pay the fees
  • 7 Receive the tourism or entertainment event permit

Service fees

  • Small event fee (for events with 1 to 30 people) - AED 1000

  • Large event fee (more than 30 people) - AED 1500

  • Permit issuance fee for one night, up to a maximum of 7 days, with no admission fee - AED 1000

  • Permit issuance fee for more than 7 days and up to a maximum of one month, with no admission fee - AED 3000

  • Permit issuance fee for one night, up to a maximum of 7 days, with admission fees - AED 2000
