Issuance of a Real Estate Developer Registration Certificate

This service enables the business sector to amend the registration certificate of a primary or secondary real estate developer for the first time in the Department’s register of real estate developers, which authorizes him to practice real estate project development activity in accordance with the freehold ownership system and the approved regulatory framework.
