  • Plot number

  • Emirates ID of the landowner

  • Authorization letter from the landowner

  • Prior approval (for commercial wells only)

  • 2 Submit the application and attach the required documents
  • 3 Pay the fees
  • 4 Receive a well drilling license

  • Fees for issuing a residential well drilling license - AED 50

  • Fees for issuing an agricultural well drilling license - AED 100

  • Fees for issuing a commercial well drilling license - AED 10000
