Handover and Collection of Found Items

This service enables community members to hand over found items or collect them by their rightful owners, ensuring they are preserved and returned in accordance with the approved procedures.

Required Documents

    Government Entities

  •  Valid ID (passport / ID).

  •  Legal agency certified for the owner. (Original)

Process

  • 1 Visit the Customer Service Centre
  • 2 Submit the application, provide details of the found items, and attach the required documents
  • 3 Contact the owner to notify them that the lost items have been found and arrange for their collection
