Issuance of the Vehicle First Owner Certificate

This service enables vehicle owners to request the issuance of a certificate showing the vehicle’s first owner details, for use with the relevant authorities.

Required Documents

    Government Entities

  • The signature approved by the company / office

  • A valid Emirates ID card

Process

  • 1 Log in using UAE PASS through the available channels (MOI website and application)
  • 2 Submit the application, complete the required information, and attach the required documents
  • 3 Pay the applicable fees
  • 4 Obtain the Vehicle First Owner Certificate
