Issue Vehicle Ownership

This service enables individuals and businesses to register a vehicle for the first time in the traffic system, whether it is imported or purchased from a dealership or local manufacturer, and to obtain an official document confirming vehicle ownership and licensing it for driving and use on public roads.

Required Documents

    Government Entities

  • Bring a letter from the company with the seal and signature of the authorized persons

  • Bring a copy of the license

Process

  • 1 Log in using UAE PASS through the available channels (MOI website and application)
  • 2 Submit the application and attach the required documents
  • 3 Pay the applicable fees
  • 4 Receive the vehicle registration card
  • 5 Visit one of the authorized centres to collect the vehicle license plates (Fast and Speed)
