Transfer Vehicle Ownership

This service enables vehicle owners to transfer vehicle ownership from the current owner to the new owner after completing the transfer procedures.

Required Documents

    Government Entities

  • A valid Emirates ID card

  • Provide a letter from the company bearing the stamp and signature of the authorized signatories

Process

  • 1 Log in using UAE Pass through the available Ministry of Interior (MOI UAE) channels)
  • 2 Submit the application and attach the required documents
  • 3 Pay the applicable fees
  • 4 Receive an SMS containing the payment receipt
  • 5 Receive the vehicle ownership card electronically and through the delivery company
  • 6 Collect the new vehicle plate from one of the approved service centers (Fast or Speed)
