This service enables individuals, businesses, and government entities that own vehicles to obtain an official certificate confirming the transfer of a vehicle from one emirate to another within the UAE without changing its ownership.

Required Documents

  • A valid Emirates ID card

  • Bring a letter from the company with the seal and signature of the authorized persons

  • A message from the government agency

Process

  • 1 Log in using UAE PASS through the available channels (MOI website and application)
  • 2 Submit the application, complete the required information, and attach the required documents
  • 3 Pay the applicable fees
  • 4 Issue a Vehicle Transfer Certificate within the UAE
