Issue a Vehicle Possession Certificate

This service enables customers to request the issuance of a possession certificate for an unregistered vehicle, such as vehicles with a customs certificate.

Required Documents

    Government Entities

  • A valid Emirates ID card

  • Bring a letter from the company with the seal and signature of the authorized persons

  • A message from the government agency

Process

  • 1 Log in using UAE PASS through the available channels (MOI website and application)
  • 2 Submit the application and attach the required documents.
  • 3 Pay the applicable fees
  • 4 Obtain a vehicle possession certificate
